1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Launchsite Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and AI agent products (Slim Zero, JobLandr, Chedda3x, InstaMates), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Launchsite Digital deploys AI-powered agents that perform work on behalf of businesses and individuals. Our services include but are not limited to wellness coaching, interview preparation, music production, and home service coordination. The specific capabilities and scope of each agent are described on their respective product pages.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or submitting inquiries.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or proprietary technology of our agents.
  • Not use our agents to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI models provided by Launchsite Digital are our intellectual property or licensed to us. For custom-build engagements, ownership of deliverables (code, prompts, evals, and weights where applicable) transfers to the client upon completion and full payment, as specified in the engagement agreement.

5. Partnership Models & Payment

We offer multiple partnership models including pay-per-lead, commission-based, and custom build engagements. Specific pricing, payment terms, and deliverables are defined in individual engagement agreements. No published pricing on our website constitutes a binding offer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchsite Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. AI Agent Disclaimer

Our AI agents are designed to assist and augment human capabilities. While we implement rigorous evaluation harnesses and confidence thresholds, AI agents may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Critical decisions should be reviewed by qualified humans. We are not liable for actions taken based solely on agent output without human review.

8. Data & Security

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We log every agent action with full trace for audit purposes. We support deployment within your VPC, your choice of model, and your storage infrastructure when applicable.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. For custom-build engagements, you own the delivered agent and can "fork us out" at any point, as specified in your engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
